The TT5 Shallow (also known as the MB V3) mouthpiece was designed for our friend Mike Boschen. It’s a great mouthpiece for principal orchestral players who would like a slightly shallower mouthpiece with an easier upper register and slightly brighter sound. The rim is the same as our popular TT5 S1 mouthpiece, and it compares to the 5G rim size. This is also a great “pops” mouthpiece for players who normally use our TT5 S1 size.
